Important Information

  • If you would like to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits will not be refunded if less than 2 weeks notice is given.

  • The deposit payment can be made over the phone by debit card or we accept cash payments. The remaining balance is due when you drop your cat off.

  • No un-neutered males are to be boarded.

  • Owners must provide a valid vaccination card on arrival. Cats should be vaccinated against cat flu and feline enteritis.

  • We also ask that your cat is up to date on flea and worming treatment.

  • All cats will have a scratching post in their pen. By boarding with us you are giving consent for your cat/cats to play with these, if they so wish. 

  • We provide basic wet and dry food but we encourage you to bring your own food as it will help settle the cat quicker. They will be fed twice daily.

  • Bedding and toys are provided but we encourage you to provide your own to help settle the cat. We take no responsibility for the loss/damage to toys.

  • Cats must arrive in a secure cat carrier.

  • Late collection must be advised by the owner or owners representative and will be billable on the collection

  • All rates are daily. The day of arrival and the day of departure each count as one day.

  • Cats must be delivered between the allocated drop off and collection times only. We do not offer any discounts for early departures or late arrivals. Bank Holidays and out of hours will incur additional fees and may not be available. Please advise us in advance.

  • If you have more than one cat, you agree they are happy sharing a pen or more than one pen should be booked. If a problem should arise, you are happy to separate them if necessary. Any additional payment will be made on collection.

  • All cats are left at the owner's risk. Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each cat boarding with us, Goulds Green Cattery does not accept responsibility for any loss of cats through illness, owners carrying baskets, or any other cause.

  • Should the need arise for medical treatment, we reserve the right to see a veterinarian. We will do our best to contact you if this is the case. We use our own veterinary service, My Vet 24:7, for all treatments. The cost of this treatment will be borne by the owner. Please ensure we are provided with the correct medical information .

  • We remove collars upon arrival due to safety reasons.

  • Goulds Green Cattery does not pass on any of your details to a 3rd party and are for administration purposes only.

  • By boarding your cat/cats with us you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions.
